KICK BOXING

Kickboxing is a full-contact striking sport that uses punches, kicks, footwork and defensive movement. It focuses on stance, balance, striking combinations, timing and conditioning. Fighters learn punches like the jab, cross, hook and uppercut, combined with powerful round kicks, push kicks, and strong defensive footwork. Join our sessions and focus on mastering essential Kick Boxing techniques, including punch-and-kick combinations from styles practiced around the world.

WRESTLING

​Wrestling is one of the oldest combat sports, built around takedowns, control, pressure and positional dominance. Our training focuses on explosive movement, balance, grip strength and body positioning, teaching students and athletes how to control an opponent through techniques like double-leg takedowns, single-legs, sprawls, clinch work and top pressure. Join our sessions and develop the core wrestling skills needed for mixed martial arts with a strong focus on relentless work ethic.

​BJJ is a grappling-based martial art that focuses on ground fighting, submissions, control and positional dominance. Technically, BJJ emphasizes leverage, balance, technique and strategy, allowing a smaller person to defend themselves against a larger opponent. Students and athletes learn key positions like guard, mount, side control and back control, along with submissions such as chokes and joint locks. Join our sessions and focus on mastering essential BJJ techniques whilst learning self defense.

MUAY THAI

Muay Thai, known as the "Art of Eight Limbs", is a striking martial art from Thailand that uses punches, kicks, elbows and knees to create a complete stand-up fighting system. Our training focuses on power, timing, conditioning, and clinch control, teaching students and athletes how to strike effectively while maintaining balance, defense and composure. We develop skills through pad work, bag work, partner drills and controlled sparring. Join our sessions and develop authentic Muay Thai techniques, including striking combinations and conditioning used in one of the world’s most respected striking arts.

MIXED MARTIAL ARTS

​Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a full-contact combat sport that combines techniques from various martial arts such as Boxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. It allows students and athletes to use both striking and grappling; punches, kicks, takedowns and submissions. Today, MMA is practiced worldwide not only as a competitive sport but also as an effective system for self-defense, fitness and discipline.
